Listening to trees: stories, science and soul

This two-hour experiential workshop explores the art of listening to trees as wise beings. Through guided practices, reflective writing, and group dialogue, we will open ourselves to the many ways trees “speak” - through science, story, and the imaginal. Together, we will explore how trees can become our teachers and companions, as we deepen our connection with the more-than-human world.

I also run bespoke workshops on nature connection, with a focus on creativity, including writing, poetry therapy and photography, as well as using nature connection to explore sustainability and climate action within organisations and in our personal lives.
