Listening to trees: stories, science and soul
This two-hour experiential online workshop explores the art of listening to trees as wise beings. Through guided practices, reflective writing, and group dialogue, we will open ourselves to the many ways trees “speak” - through science, story, and the imaginal. Together, we will explore how trees can become our teachers and companions, as we deepen our connection with the more-than-human world.

I am available to speak at events for your organisation on the themes of nature connection and sustainability. I also run bespoke workshops on nature connection, with a focus on creativity, including writing, poetry therapy and photography, as well as using nature connection to explore sustainability and climate action within organisations and in our personal lives.
